10-year structural warranty
Applies to the galvanized-steel structure of the house and trailer.
Our Pods and Tiny Homes on Wheels are manufactured from established base designs. Where a client's proposed installation or use requires a building-approval pathway, Epic Tiny Homes can coordinate the design changes and documentation needed to adapt the selected model for the Australian project.
This may include NCC design review, structural engineering, BASIX in NSW, and NatHERS assessment where applicable, together with other site-specific approval documentation.
Our involvement is important because overseas factory drawings and specifications cannot simply be assumed to satisfy Australian project requirements. We work with the client, consultants and supplier so the manufactured unit reflects the approved Australian design and specification.
Compliance is project-specific and is not automatic or guaranteed. Final requirements depend on the site, intended use, jurisdiction, building classification and the relevant approval/certification pathway. Current THOW models remain trailer-based products and are not supplied as Class 1a buildings unless a separate project-specific building pathway is undertaken.
Explore Compliance ServicesOur mobile tiny-home range is supported by defined manufacturer material warranties, with contractor responsibilities applying separately to workmanship, installation and the remainder of the contracted scope.

The factory provides replacement materials without charge for approved warranty claims, excluding fair wear and tear.
Send us your plans or concept and we can assess prefab feasibility, coordinate required Australian design changes, and work with the supplier to develop a manufacturable solution.
