Two ways to live tiny.

Explore Epic Pods and Tiny Homes on Wheels. Each follows its own installation, vehicle and land-use pathway.

Optional compliance adaptation

Australian project requirements can be built into the design.

If your proposed Pod or THOW installation requires a building-approval pathway, we can coordinate the changes needed to adapt the base design for the Australian project.

Depending on the project, this can include NCC review, structural engineering, BASIX in NSW and NatHERS assessment where applicable. We then coordinate those requirements with the supplier so the manufactured unit matches the approved project specification.

This is a separate project-specific service. It does not mean that every standard Pod or THOW model is already NCC-approved or Class 1a.

How Compliance Adaptation Works
Custom prefab tiny homes

Already have a design? We can review it for prefab construction.

If you already have architectural plans, sketches or a preferred tiny-home design, send them to our team for review. We can assess whether the concept is suitable for prefabricated manufacture and work with you to adapt it for production.

Where a building-approval pathway is required, we can also coordinate the Australian design requirements that may apply — including structural engineering, NCC review, BASIX in NSW and NatHERS assessment where applicable.

Our role is to bridge the gap between the client’s design and the manufacturing process, helping ensure the supplier produces a home that reflects the approved Australian project specification rather than simply reproducing an overseas standard design.

Feasibility, minimum order quantities, engineering, approvals and final pricing depend on the design, dimensions, site, intended use and factory requirements.

Tiny Homes on Trailers

Home and trailer packages

Each tiny home is supplied with its purpose-built trailer. The trailer is manufactured with a VIN number and is ready for the customer to register. Dimensions remain subject to final engineering and local requirements.

Trailer included

The trailer forms part of the complete tiny-home package.

VINVIN manufactured

Each trailer is manufactured with its own VIN number.

RRegistration pathway

A VIN alone is not enough. RAV entry or another applicable vehicle-approval pathway, state or territory registration, inspections and fees must be completed before lawful road use.

Optional Class 1a upgrade

THOW models can be upgraded to a Class 1a specification if required, for a fixed fee. Contact us to discuss the requirements for your project.
