The Epic Pods range includes 20, 30 and 40 foot models. They use a durable, low-maintenance pod shell with generous glazing and customisable internal finishes.
Each model can be considered for a suitable engineered trailer platform or for installation on permanent, site-specific footings. The final NCC, planning, engineering, energy and certification pathway is confirmed for the property and intended use.

12.8m²The most compact pod in the collection, designed as an efficient studio-style retreat for one or two people.

18.7m²A longer one-bedroom pod with a defined living area, offering more room for everyday comfort, work or extended stays.

25.3m²The largest pod in the range, with two bedrooms arranged at opposite ends and a central living, kitchen and bathroom zone.
