Bespoke trailer designs
New factory-built designs are possible for suitable projects.
The manufacturer has a broader catalogue of more than 20 additional designs, although many are not currently considered suitable for Australia without modification, engineering review and local certification.
Where a genuinely bespoke trailer design is required, the factory can assess and produce it, subject to feasibility, production set-up and minimum order requirements.
Australian certification
The design must be reviewed against relevant Australian engineering, trailer and product requirements.
Separate electrical certification
A separate Australian electrical-installation certification process is required for a bespoke design.
Tooling and set-up
Special tooling, production preparation and factory output planning can affect price and lead time.
Bespoke warranty framework
Warranty terms also apply to approved bespoke production.
The manufacturing factory has operated for more than 15 years. Subject to the final bespoke specification and written warranty, the standard framework is a 10-year warranty on the galvanized-steel structure of the house and trailer and 12 months on the remaining manufacturer-supplied components.
For an approved manufacturer warranty claim, replacement materials are supplied without charge, excluding fair wear and tear. Because a bespoke design requires separate tooling, certification and production set-up, the final warranty schedule must be confirmed before manufacture.
The appointed contractor remains responsible for workmanship, installation and the other obligations within their contracted scope.
